One to another

This programme is designed to provide help in social care. Its main focus is to support communities and centres that work with and take care of the handicapped, both adults and children, children with special needs and learning difficulties, senior citizens in difficult life situations, drug addicts and former drug users. The general objective of these centres is to help their clients re-integrate into the society. Primarily the programme involves manual work building or maintaining the centres´ facilities. However, we consider it very important that the volunteers integrate into the everyday life of the centre or community and closely interact with the clients. Therefore we expect and accept extremely motivated people, preferably with previous experience in social work to take part in this programme.
