Volunteering with INEX

Do you want to travel to exotic countries and you wish to get to know them from a different perspective than a tourist? Or do you wish to get to know less known sites, a normal life of local people, you would like to train your language skills, help where the help is needed and meet new friends from all over the world? Or you would like to help in the Czech Republic and explore better our culture and habits?

We have 17 years of experience with international volunteering. Every year we arrange a unique intercultural experience for more than a thousand volunteers from both Czech and abroad. Choose one of our projects and live it on your own!

• Workcamps - for Czech people (or those having a long term residence permit here) we offer more than 2000 workcamps abroad from Portugal to Japan, from Norway to South Africa; for foreigners we organize about 40 workcapms in the Czech Republic
• Mid and Long term Volunteering (MTV/LTV) - from 1 month up to 3 we speak about MTV projects more than 3 month is an LTV projects. In the Czech Republic we are currently not offering any MTV or LTV.
• European Voluntary Service - EU project offering to young people from 18 to 30 years old a possibility to spend 2-12 month in a European or Partner country while having an EU grant for it

All of our projects are run in close cooperation with local municipalities and other local authorities. Projects we offer are mainly:

• Projects on protection of historical heritage and landmarks in rural areas.
• Projects on renewal of countryside-helping to encourage locals to become more interested in their community life.
• Projects on raising public awareness of developing countries , e.g. promotion of Fair Trade, global education etc.
• Environmentally focused projects.
• Socially focused projects, e.g. programmes for socially disadvantaged youth.
